What is your minimum for custom DTF printing ?
At Agape Creates the minimum custom DTF printing 10 pieces. This could be a combination of T-shirts , Long sleeve T’s, sweatshirts, etc . ( If by emergency only one piece of apparel is needed please contact us regarding one piece of apparel )
What brands and Products do you Carry?
We offer a variety of brands with lots of options, Here is a list of our popular options that customers have used and enjoy using: Comfort Colors , Alternative Apparel, Next Level Apparel. You can find more options for apparel in our “Shop” section.
What kind of promotional apparel of products do you carry?
We carry just about the brands listed in the “shop” section, if there is a specific brand that is NOT listed in the “shop” section please feel free to email agapecreates.ag@gmail.com. We can print on the following products listed in the “Shop” section.
Where are you located?
We are located in Charlotte NC 28173.
Do we do Local Delievries?
Yes and No, Let us explain. Based off of your Zip code area we can locally deliver in the following zip code areas: 28173, 28110, 28108, 28104, 28105,28106 NC ONLY*
Do you offer Apparel Samples?
Yes we offer blank garment samples on request, The first two samples of choice are Free! The next samples of choice will start to be charged at $20 inlcuding shipping. If you need a sample of the following products and are located in the vacinity of the Zip code areas listed above please email us regarding setting up an appointment time and scheduling at agapecreates.ag@gmail.com. If you are not local or your Zip code is not listed we do offer shipping fees listed down below further for your sample product.

What is the turnaround time for custom apparel?
Typically around 7 business days or less plus shipping time- shipping from Waxhaw NC with the zip code 28173.

Some tips for saving money :
Order in Bulk! You will save more money and pay more for set up time to print smaller quantities. Order large quantities and the cost per T-shirt will go down. We have excellent price breaks on large quantity orders.
Place your order 2 WEEKS in advance to avoid any rush fees or the possibillity of not getting your items printed on time.
Provide a Clear and clean file using PNG, JPG file. We can use it and it will save you additional charges. We charge $50 per hour for design service, which adds up pretty quick!
What are your Office Hours?
Our office hours are from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00PM . If an email is sent over to us before 9:00 AM or after 4:00 PM we MAY answer but it is NOT a Guarentee . Thank you For your understanding.
Can I see samples of the Products and Services you offer?
Yes you can ! If you are Located in the following zip codes 28173, 28110, 28108, 28104, 28105,28106 NC ONLY* you can email agapecreates.ag@gmail.com to set up an appointment time to set a date to consult over and review. If you are NOT local we are more than happy to Accomodate you . Charges for the apparel and shipping will apply ( price ranges from the type of apparel you are requesting )
