Single Sheets
Our Single Gang Sheet offers a cost-effective and efficient solution for custom apparel production. Each sheet allows you to combine multiple designs, logos, or print sizes onto one film, maximizing space and reducing production costs.
Width × Depth × Height: 22 X 24
What can fit onto this sheet ? (For Example)
4–6 chest logos (around 4x4” each)
10–15 small tag logos or sleeve prints (2x2” each)
1 large design (up to 11x11”)
Gang Sheets
A gang sheet allows you to combine multiple designs onto one film sheet, maximizing space and reducing waste — perfect for bulk orders, brand collections, or small business merch runs.The length can vary — depending on the amount of designs needed
gang sheet lengths:
22" × 24"
22" × 36"
22" × 48"
22" × 60" (5 feet)
Or even 22" × 120" (10 feet)
length can be as long as you want depending on your design needs or printer roll size.
DTF PRESS SETTINGS
1. Actual press settings may differ due to equipment used and environmental conditions such as room temperature and humidity.
2. Press at medium to high pressure.
3. FOR HOT PEEL:
a. 100% Cotton: start at 230-260F for 15 seconds and adjust as necessary
b. Polyester Blend: 230-260F for 15 seconds and adjust as necessary
c. Peel 5-10 seconds after pressing.
NOTE:
1. Actual press settings may differ due to equipment used and environmental conditions such as room temperature and humidity.
2. Press at medium to high pressure.
DTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
1)Use a lint roller to remove any lint on the t-shirt’s press area.
2. Pre-press the garment for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture.
3. Place the design on the garment and press according to “Press Settings” below. You may need to do a few test prints to find the optimal press settings for your specific equipment and environment.
a. FOR HOT PEEL FILM: DO NOT ALLOW TO GET COLD. After pressing, wait 5-10 seconds, then peel the film from one corner in one consistent motion.
4. Post-press the garment for 5 seconds.
*NOTE: When pressing, using a teflon sheet between the press and the design produces the best results
DTF Care Instructions
Storage:
Transfers should be stored in a dry place, ideally in a Ziploc bag
Garment Care:
Wash garment with warm water.
Tumble dry at “delicate” setting.
Do not iron design directly. If necessary, iron at low setting on the inner side of the garment
